How To: Beach Waves

I've never been good at curling my hair. I think its because My hair is too long and thick and whenever I try to curl it I look like a lion. But I finally found a great tutorial that gives me large wavy curls with out the crazy volume. Its by one of my favorite bloggers, CupcakesandCashmere, click here for the tutorial. She calls it beach waves but to me, its more like wavy curls.
